My 2003 Yamaha 115 hp engine wasn't running very well for awhile, so I brought my boat to PYY and spoke with Steve, the Service Manager. He and his crew were spot on with what was needed to be done. My Lund Pro V is used primarily up in Canada and I was amazed at how much better it ran after these guys worked on the fuel system and related parts. Steve's advice for me and confidence in their work was just what I needed to hear. And, they really delivered. The boat ran as good as it ever did and I will be a steady customer from now on. I needed advice about an over heating outboard motor. I didn't have time to wait for a service appointment. I asked for help and spoke with Chris in service, he took the time to give me the advice I needed, he was very helpful. The following day needing parts to repair the motor I called PYY and spoke to Steve in service. Steve took the time to get the parts and show me how to install them. I'm leaving to go on a trip with my family in a few days and needed this motor problem fixed right now. The motor is fixed and working fine. Thanks PYY, Chris, Steve and Tina for all your help. I recently purchased a 257 Grady White form PYY Marine. I first showed up and was greeted by Steve who was working on another boat. I told him why I was there. He escorted me up to the boat, climbed up and showed me all the features of it. He then called Mike Hatcher who was out of town. I received a return call almost immediately. On Saturday when he can back into town, he answered all of my questions. We ended up with a nice deal by weeks end. Tina was great getting the paperwork & financial info together to finalize the deal. She even offered to come in after hours over the weekend if need be. Mike took care of all inspection steps to help close. Mike called me all along the way to give me updates. Steve took me on the sea trial and gave some great tips on Grady White boats.After we settled on the boat, we came to pick up the boat. It was all gassed up and in the water Waiting for us. Will greeted us as he was leaving to go home.. He stopped and showed us where everything he placed in the boat and waited for us to depart! I cannot say enough about excellent customer service before during and after the sale. The whole experience was easy & comforting. The PYY team made getting back into boating after 10 years a great return!! A very refreshing experience... they want relationships, not just customers!!! Thanks to the PYY group!!!

The best experience I have ever had with Marine Service department.

I recently purchased a 21' 2011 Sea Hunt Ultra with a 2011 150 Yamaha and during the survey was told that the harmonic balancer might be going bad which is a common problem with this model Yamaha. After talking to some friends they both recommended PYY marine. After talking to Steve in service he told me they would have to remove part to see if it is the newer version and there would be no reason to replace if already installed. Just got the call already replaced, savings of about $450 for the part. Great to know that there are still companies out there that are honest, dependable and repair only whats needed. To top it all off the owner Mike is arranging for the boat to be delivered in OC for me next week. Can't wait to get on the water. Thanks to Mike, Steve and the rest of the crew at PYY Marine.

Met Mike while looking to buy a boat he was brokering and was immediately impressed. Great guy, very knowledgeable and fair to both parties. I ended up buying from a private seller but made arrangements with Mike for Steve in the service department to do the appropriate inspections and service work. Steve is fantastic, knowledgeable and familiar with my boat. Mike has been in constant communication. These guys are doing it right at PYY.

The PYY team was top notch. When I called about the used boat listed on the internet they immediately picked up and put me on face time and started showing me the boat. This was just a cold call. Talk about fast service. In addition this place is 100% honest about everything when they told you something it was always dead on. The office staff was even better as they had everything prepared for us and answered all of our questions about the paperwork needed and always responded within minutes after sending them an email. Sounds simple but not many people do this. Then to add icing to the cake we had an issue with our car connection to the trailer when we went to pick up the boat and within minutes we had 2 guys from their service department out helping us until the problem was solved. A big thanks to Mike, Tina and Steve from PYY Marine as you made our experience very easy. PS we are loving the boat.

The first thing we had done at PYY was having our 30 foot Sea Hunt detailed....it turned out way better than we could have hoped! The material on the seats made it very difficult to clean....we spent hours trying to do it ourselves! We decided to let PYY to give it a shot...I swear...it looked like a brand new boat!!! We were beyond thrilled! They were fast...and very reasonably priced! We also had some repair work done on the new boat that we own...PYY always had a pretty quick turn around! We would not hesitate to recommend PYY!!!!

Center console needed some TLC and a detail and a shrink wrap. PYY did an outstanding job. Mike the owner personally called me back with an estimate and Steve kept me posted each step of the way.
